ControlTec's in-house prefabrication facilities allow us to deliver complete solutions for automation, control, and power systems – faster, with greater quality control, and complete commissioning preparation.
We carry out projects from requirements analysis and workshop documentation, through assembly and wiring, to FAT testing, delivery, and commissioning support.
Company materials indicate, among other things, PLC and DCS cabinets, control cabinets, LV switchboards up to 2500 A, computer and server cabinets, cross-connection, field, measurement, and network cabinets, as well as our own facilities with an area of over 1000 m² and quality standards confirmed by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certificates.

Calibration and calibration
In the process industry, measurement quality directly impacts installation safety, process stability, and maintenance costs.
ControlTec provides professional calibration and calibration services for pressure and temperature equipment, ensuring digital documentation of results, high data integrity, and mobile execution of work on-site.
The scope includes measurement and calibration of pressure devices from vacuum to 200 bar, calibration of pressure and differential pressure transducers, pressure switches, and manometers, as well as calibration of RTDs, thermocouples, temperature transducers, thermometers, and thermostats. The services we provide include: Beamex MC6, Beamex MC5, and Fluke 719Pro, and the instruments have current, accredited calibration certificates.

CNC machining for automation, machinery and production
CNC Machining
ControlTec's in-house CNC department gives it independence in the construction of machines, robotic cells, fixtures, structural elements, and special components.
We provide milling, turning, and CAM toolpath preparation for parts manufactured according to technical documentation—from single prototypes to repeatable production runs. We offer 3- and 5-axis milling, CNC turning, CAM programming, and precision industrial component manufacturing using our own machinery.
