ControlTec Sp. z o.o. is an engineering company specializing in industrial automation, control systems, and the digitalization of technological processes. We support clients at every stage of investment implementation, from concept and design, through delivery, programming, and commissioning, to service, modernization, and maintenance of automation systems.
For years, we have been implementing projects for the energy, heating, water and wastewater, chemical, petrochemical, renewable energy, and critical infrastructure industries. ControlTec is developing the competencies required for projects with a higher level of safety. In 2024-2025, we began the certification process enabling cooperation with NATO, the European Union, the European Space Agency, and the Polish Armaments Group. We also have our own confidentiality office, which allows us to carry out tasks requiring special confidentiality and documentation control. We also support clients in the areas of safety audits, risk analyses, and assessment of machinery conformity to CE requirements, ensuring technical compliance and operational safety.
Grzegorz Góral
Founder and CEO
Founder and CEO of ControlTec, he has been involved in the Polish energy and industrial automation sectors for over three decades. He graduated with a degree in cybernetics from the Faculty of Electronics at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology in 1992. He began his career by participating in the construction of a heating unit at the Wybrzeże CHP Plant in Gdańsk, and in subsequent years participated in the implementation of key energy projects in Poland and abroad, including power plants in Opole, Pątnów, Łagisza, Dolna Odra, Jaworzno, Turów, and Bełchatów, as well as in the Balkans and the Middle East.
In the 1990s, he gained experience at CNPAE and ABB Centrum, among others, before founding ControlTec in 2002—a company that is now a leader in the field of industrial automation systems integration. She specializes in industrial process optimization, utilizing both traditional methods and advanced cybernetic and artificial intelligence techniques. She is the author of numerous innovative solutions for improving energy and process efficiency.
In his private life, he is the father of two daughters, a dog lover, an avid sailor, and a ski enthusiast. He combines technical precision with a passion for adventure and nature.
Joanna Czyż-Zielińska
Legal Counsel and Vice President of the Management Board
Legal Counsel and Vice President of the Management Board of ControlTec, has been involved in the legal and business industries for many years. She gained her experience providing organizational and legal support to companies in the FMCG, spirits, and energy sectors. She specializes in labor, civil, and commercial law. Since 2025, she has served as Vice President of the Management Board at ControlTec, where she is responsible for legal and organizational matters.
Known for her personalized approach to clients and her ability to combine legal precision with a strong sense of empathy, her work is based on dialogue, trust, and complete commitment.
In his private life, he is the mother of a daughter and a travel enthusiast – he has visited almost every corner of the world. He is fascinated by learning about the cultures, local flavors, and history of the places he visits. She values harmony between work and personal life, smilingly combining the roles of lawyer, leader, and traveler.
